At the 2026 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase in Philadelphia, Eric Hugas demonstrated solid command of his abilities during charting and he had a strong showing for his first ranking event. He finished the field goal phase with 9 points and followed it with 97.9 points in kickoff charting, where his top ball reached 67 yards with a hang time of 3.6 seconds. His talent is evident, and continued competition should help him refine his mechanics.
