    Capper is a very interesting prospect in the 2024 class. He is new to snapping but has picked it up extremely fast. Capper is a true football player who is very athletic. He competed at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and finished with an average snap time of .72 seconds and clean rotation throughout the weekend. Capper has the ability to be great and I have no doubt he can reach his goals.
