Kohl's Comments

Baker recently attended the 2018 National Scholarship Camp. He has excellent leg speed and creates impressive power for his size. He scored 20 points on his field goal charting and hit some impressive kickoffs at camp, including his "A" ball which was an 74 yard 3.41 second kickoff. In his punting he was able to once again show his power in the roll-out portion of camp and score points in the charting. Increasing his ability to hit up and through the football on his traditional punts will be key for his continued development. Baker attended the 2018 Midwest Spring Showcase. He had excellent drill-work in his punting and was excellent in his roll-out punts. His field goals are solid, controlling ball/foot contact will be key for maximizing his hips and leg speed. Baker attended the 2017 National Scholarship Camp. He showed well in field goals by scoring 21 made kicks.
