Kohl's Comments

The 2019 December Showcase camp proved to be a strong showing for Hawkins as a combo prospect in the 2022 class. He charted very well on punts with many over 40+ yards and 4.0+ seconds, which is promising for a young, tall punter. He scored 5 points out of 11 on the field goal portion and had a big kickoff of 57 yards with 3.75 seconds of hang time. Hawkins attended the UC Challenge and again showed flashes of good college potential. With continued work on the details of his technique Hawkins will develop into a very good prospect.
