Kohl's Comments

Souryal came out to the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Camp in January. He scored 4 points on field goal charting and got great lift on his "A" ball. He took coaching well and demonstrated smooth mechanics during the second half of camp. Souryal scored 94.10 on kickoffs with a big ball of 58 yards with 3.79 seconds of hang time. Souryal showed flashes of consistency punting the football during camp. He scored 86.73 points on field goals with a big ball of 39 yards with 4.38 seconds of hang time. Souryal recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase. He ended up tallying 5 points on the field goal charting. During the kickoff session, Souryal put up an overall score of 98.55. His big ball measured out to 63 yards and a hang time of 3.56 seconds. During the punt charting he ended with an overall score of 86.60. Souryal also competed at the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase Camp. He showed excellent command of his "A" ball and was competitive at camp for a younger athlete. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and was able to connect with a big ball of 59 yards with 3.20 seconds of hang time in the kickoff charting portion of camp. His biggest recorded punt in the charting portion was 35 yards with 3.36 seconds of hang time. With continued focus on improvement and leg strength, as he has shown to be capable of, he will be an exciting athlete to watch develop these next two seasons
