    Lydle participated in the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational. He connected on 10 field goals and earned a kickoff score of 93.15, with his best ball traveling 69 yards with 3.21 seconds of hang time. He also posted a respectable punt score of 81.51. Lydle’s all-around skill set gives him a great foundation, and continued technical development could help him rise even further. Lydle competed at the 2024 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He finished the field goal charting showing good command of the football by scoring 14 points. In the kickoff portion, Lydle earned an overall score of 86.58, with his standout kick measuring 56 yards and a hang time of 3.38 seconds. His punt charting earned him an overall score of 78.22, with his "A" ball reaching 36 yards and a hang time of 4.31 seconds. Additionally, he scored 9.0 on rolling punts. Lydle has a lot of untapped potential and it will be exciting to see him develop over the next few seasons.
