Kohl's Comments

Veit came out to the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in December. He competed well in all three disciplines. He performed best punting the football, scoring 92.14 in punt charting. Veit connected on multiple punts of over 40 yards, with a big ball traveling 47 yards with 3.53 seconds of hang time. He has shown improvement in his drop and mechanics. Veit scored 3 points on the field goal charting. He showed cleaner mechanics during drill work. Veit achieved a kickoff score of 88.85, with his big ball of 60 yards with 3.14 seconds of hang time. Veit recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Showcase. Here he scored 10 points in the field goal charting. During the kickoff charting Veit was able to consistently kick over 50 yards, posting an overall score of 85.82, with his big ball being 56 yards with 3.20 seconds of hang time. During the punt charting, Veit posted a big ball of 41 yards with 3.77 seconds of hang time. Veit also competed at the 2023 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He scored 4 points in the field goal charting and was able to connect on a big ball of 54 yards with 3.03 seconds of hang time. His biggest charted punt at camp was 44 yards with 3.21 seconds of hang time.
