Hurst recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He demonstrated good command of the football, scoring 12 field goals. Hurst achieved an overall kickoff score of 89.30 and an overall punt score of 84.67, with an "A" ball measuring 46 yards and 3.96 seconds. He is poised for a big season ahead. Hurst came out to the 2024 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in May. He scored 3 points on field goals and 91.70 points on kickoff charting.
