Kohl's Comments

Ruggles competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp in July. He scored 32/36 points on field goals, 109.5 points on kickoffs, and 98.78 points in punting at the event. He also scored an impressive 25 points on rollout punts at the event. Ruggles has really improved over the last 6-9 months and is a high-level college prospect! Ruggles had another strong overall performance at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He charted well in all three once again and showed collegiate leg strength and fundamentals at camp. He scored 8 points in the field goal charting and had an overall score on kickoffs of 101.40. His command of his drop was exellent and he scored 101.49 in the punt charting. His biggest charted punt was 48 yards with 4.21 seconds of hang time. Ruggles attended Showcase Camp in the winter of 2023. He was able to earn a rating of 4.5-stars through his strong charts and drill work performance. He scored 14/15 points on field goals, 95.5 points on kick offs, and 101.7 points in punting. His biggest kick off was a 64 yard kick that had 3.2 seconds of hang-time. His best punt traveled 49 yards and had 4.15 seconds of hang-time. Ruggles has very good talent at both kicking and punting! His senior year should be fun to watch him continue to develop.
