Kohl's Comments

King came out to the 2024 Kohl's Eastern Showcase Camp in May. He scored 5 points on field goals, 89.65 points on kickoffs, and 83.04 points on kickoffs. His field goal technique was smooth during the drill work portion of camp. King's puning has improved over the last few months, as he charted back-to-back punts of 42 yards or more. His best punt traveled 42 yards with 4.13 seconds of hang time. King's hard work on his drop table is paying off. Continued efforts on technical refinements in both kicking and punting will help King have a great season. King recently competed at the 2023 Eastern Winter Showcase. He had a great performance for his first ranking event. He showed good command of the football, putting up 7 points on the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, King had an overall of 96.95, with his standout ball reaching a distance of 64 yards with a hang time of 3.33 seconds. King has good leg speed through contact, and he will be a fun prospect to watch over the next year!
