Being a Kohl’s Coach for over ten years, the one thing I hear the most from athletes is talk of their star rating & ranking and what they want to achieve, especially during the Showcase season. But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
Kohl's CommentsMoore recently attended the 2016 Midwest Winter Showcase. He has an explosive leg. The ball jumps off his foot. Controlling his ability is key, his field goals are at the 4.5 level, cleaning up the miss hits on his kickoffs are vital for his overall improvement. He is a talented to prospect, with minor adjustments will be moving up in his class. Moore attended the NSC in the summer of 2016. Showed well during certain FG phases of camp. He showed flashes of consistency and repeatability.
I recently converted from a soccer player to a football kicker. I played soccer on the Connecticut Olympic Development team, as well as Shoreline FC my local Premier Club team. I have always loved football, and played when I was younger, but temporarily gave it up for soccer. I have always enjoyed going out with my brother to kick field goals, and as time went on I realized it was something I wanted to pursue full time. I am excited to continue my journey.
