Troutman is an exciting prospect due to his great athleticism and very high ceiling. He has a great frame and moves extremely well. During the Kohl’s Southern Showcase, he was able to run a 4.91 second 40-yard dash and a 4.4 second pro agility. Troutman recently attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and scored on 9 of his 12 long snaps with an average snap time of .68 seconds. Troutman is someone who needs to be on every programs board.
