Kohl's Kicking National Player of the Week
The Kohl's staff wants to recognize Kohl's kicking, punting, and long snapping prospects across the country for their outstanding performances each week during the 2024-2025 high school football season.
Kohl's Comments
Amezcua has always been an impressive snapper in the 2025 class and continues to make improvements. At the Kohl’s Texas Showcase, he scored on 9 of his 12 long snaps with an average snap time of .75 seconds. He has tight ball rotation on each one of his snaps and provided the punters with an easy ball to handle during the live snap portion of camp. Amezcua will see his snapping take that next step as he maintains his great fundamentals but also fires his hands through his snapping motion and drives them on his follow-through.Uploaded Photos
