    Kohl's Comments

    Thomasson recently attended the 2018 Midwest Spring Showcase Camp. He charted well in field goals by scoring 8 made kicks. His best kickoff was 59 yards with a 3.54 second hang. Increasing his leverage up and through the ball should help him maximize his frame more. Creating more confidence in his drop and creating more of a sitback position should help him create better hang time and contact on his punts. Thomasson attended the National Scholarship Camp in July of 2017. He showed flashes of a powerful leg but needs to continue to become more consistent to continue to progress and maximize his talent as a specialist. He needs more practice and refinement on his technique. With some refinement, he will see significant changes in his ball striking.
