Kohl's Comments

Clay recently attended the 2023 Kohl's Texas December Showcase. He once again showcased strong leg strength and impressive refinement in his ball striking. He connected with a big ball of 45 yards with 4.30 seconds of hang time and scored a 96.76 at camp. He catches and molds the ball well and working this winter on increasing his leg strength will be key for his continued improvement. Clay attended the 2023 Kohl's Texas Fall Ranking Event. He showed well for his first ranking event, and he competed in the punting portion of camp. He displayed above average leg speed for a younger athlete and charted some great punts at camp. His overall score was 92.69 and his biggest charted punt at camp was 31 yards with 4.77 seconds of hang time.
