Kohl's Comments

Costa recently competed at the 2025 Kohl's Senior Challenge. He had his best showing to date and displayed college level leg strength and refinement. His overall score on punts was 102.23 which includes a big ball of 53 yards with 4.17 seconds of hang time. He scored 5 points in the field goal charting and produced a scored of 104.75 in the kickoff charting. Costa competed at his first ranking event, the 2024 Kohl's Western Winter Showcase. He impressed in all three categories at camp and showed collegiate combo ability. He has long levers and explosive hips and the ball jumps off his foot. He scored 11 points in the field goal charting and produced a score of 102.25 in the kickoff charting. His biggest charted kickoff was 63 yards with 4.03 seconds of hang time. In the punt charting he demonstrated quick hands and great extension up and through the ball. He scored 99.89 points and was excellent in the rollout portion of camp where he scored 11 more. His biggest charted punt at camp was 56 yards with 4.06 seconds of hang time.
