Kohl's Comments

Byerley competed during the 2021 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase. He showed excellent consistency throughout the punt charting, including a 4.12 second hang time average for the camp. Byerley has the tools to be one of the best punters in his class and has shown exceptional progress over the last year. Byerley recently attended the 2021 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He has continued to work hard on improving his command of his "A" ball and he taken some impressive strides the past 6 months. His leg has gotten stronger and he is more comfortable with the catch/mold during his punts. He scored a big ball of 54 yards with 4.22 seconds of hang time and was able to move well in space and score points in each of the roll-out portions per session.
