Kohl's Comments

Mattson recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He showed progress with increasing the command of his ball/foot contact during the drill work portion of camp. He is creating more command of his rotation and he's controlling his hips more consistently. He scored 3 points in the field goal charting and connected with a big ball of 53 yards with 3.25 seconds of hang time in the kickoff portion of camp. Mattson competed at the 2023 Kohl’s Midwest Winter Showcase. Here he was able to put up 4 points on the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, Mattson finished with an overall score of 87.75, sending his big ball a distance of 53 yards with a hang time of 3.46 seconds.
