Bartley recently kicked and punted at Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He scored 29 points on field goals, 121.37 points on kickoffs, and 95.95 points on punts at the camp in July of 2025. Bartley showed tremendous leg strength and the overall consistency needed to play in college at the event. He moved into the 5-star category at camp! Bartley also participated in the 2025 Kohl’s Southern Spring Showcase and delivered an impressive performance, showcasing his explosive leg strength throughout the event. He connected on 9 field goals and was one of the top kickoff performers at the camp, earning a standout 118.90 score. His best kickoff traveled 80 yards with a 4.09-second hang time, reflecting his elite-level power. Bartley is a talented specialist with next-level potential as he continues to refine his technique. Bartley had a strong first showing at the 2024 Kohl's Texas Fall Ranking Event. He displayed impressive leg strength for his age and he produced some well struck footballs in the field goal charting portion of camp. He scored 104.00 in the kickoff charting with a big ball of 65 yards with 4.13 seconds of hang time. In the field goal charting he produced 7 points and connected with some impressive "A" balls at camp.
