Kohl's Comments

McCashland had another strong outing at the 2022 Western Spring showcase. Hs drill work was solid and he was able to chart 11 points on field goals at the event. He charted well on kickoffs at the event where he hit multiple 70+ yard kickoffs including a big ball of 71 yards with 3.81 seconds of hang time. Mccashland competed at the Kohl's Underclassman Challenge in January of 2022. He charted 7 out of 10 on the first day and hit multiple 66-yard kickoffs with one hanging for 4.11 seconds. Mccashland also competed at the 2022 Spring Ranking Event. In the winter he showed strong technique during the field goal drill work and hit a big ball on kickoffs of 73 yards with a hang time of 3.37 seconds. Mccashland had his best showing to date at the 2021 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp.

    Recruiting Blog: Setting Goals-- Athletic, Academic & Recruiting

    Being a Kohl’s Coach for over ten years, the one thing I hear the most from athletes is talk of their star rating & ranking and what they want to achieve, especially during the Showcase season. But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
