    Smith recently competed at the 2024 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, demonstrating smooth mechanics with 11 field goals made. He achieved an overall kickoff score of 83.87, with his standout kickoff measuring 60 yards and a hang time of 2.81 seconds. Smith's performance highlights his potential and growth as a specialist, he has a big upcoming season ahead of himself. Smith had a great showing at his first ranking event, The 2024 Kohl's Texas Spring Showcase Camp. He showed command of his "A" ball and a smooth swing throughout the event. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and was able to connect with a big ball of 54 yards with 3.29 seconds of hang time in the kickoff charting portion of camp. He has strong fundamentals and with continued improvement with his leg speed and power, should be able to develop into an excellent prospect over the next two years.
