Kohl's Comments

Obermeier came out to the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars camp. He scored 5 points on field goal charting, and hits a very nice "A" ball. Continued focus on repeatability will elevate his game. Obermeier demonstrated leg strength while charting kickoffs, scoring 95.55 points. His big ball traveled 64 yards with 3.29 seconds of hang time, and he was able to connect on multiple kicks of 63 yards or more. Obermeier competed at the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in December. For his first ranking event, it was a solid performance and a well-rounded day. He excelled the most in kickoffs, posting a score of 96.45. Obermeier connected on a big ball of 63 yards with 3.72 seconds of hang time. He had multiple kickoffs travel over 55 yards. Obermeier also performed well on field goal charting, scoring 7 points. Obermeier has a lot of potential if he continues to work on leg speed and strength over the next few years.
