Mims put together a good performance at his first ranking event during the 2026 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational. He earned a 94.58 kickoff score and converted 21 field goals during charting, demonstrating impressive leg talent and consistency for a first-time participant. Mims showed the ability to compete at a high level and established a strong foundation to build from. Continued focused training will help dial in his technique and allow him to take another step forward as a kicking prospect.
