Waltz competed at the 2025 Kohl's Texas Spring Showcase. He connected on six field goals and posted an overall kickoff score of 100.25. His best ball traveled 64 yards with a 3.66-second hang time, reflecting his ability to generate both power and hang time. Waltz continues to show promising traits that can be developed further with continued refinement. Waltz participated at the 2025 Kohl's Spring Ranking Event, where he demonstrated his abilities as a kicker. He connected on two field goals and earned a kicking score of 83.15. His best ball traveled 61 yards with a 3.15-second hang time. With continued focus on refining his mechanics and increasing consistency, Waltz can further develop his kicking skills. Waltz attended the 2023 Texas Winter Showcase Camp. He scored 6 points on the field goal charting. He demonstrated his improved leg strength during the kickoff charting with his big ball measuring 65 yards with a hang time of 3.11 seconds. With more focus on his ball striking consistency, Waltz will continue to keep getting better! Waltz also attended the 2022 Texas Winter Kohl's Showcase Camp. He flashed advanced leg speed for a younger athlete and was able to chart a big ball of 58 yards with 2.97 seconds of hang time. He scored 3 points in the field goal charting at camp and during the drill work portion of camp was able to hit consistently and show command of his rotation.
