    Whitman recently competed at the 2026 Kohl's Midwest Spring Showcase. He showed good mechanics and poise for his first ranking event. He competed well in the drill work and charting phase of camp. His overall score was 9 points in the field goal charting and 97.95 points in the kickoff portion of camp. He connected with some impressive kicks despite the swirling wind conditions. His biggest kickoff was 66 yards with 3.31 seconds of hang time.
