Carter is an exciting prospect and showed this during the Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He has a great frame and is very athletic. During the charting portion of camp, he scored on half of his long snaps. He is new to the art of long snapping and has the potential to be a top snapper in the country.Uploaded Photos
