Kohl's Comments

Newell attended his first Kohl’s ranking event at the Winter Showcase in December of 2021. His "A" ball on punts of 53 yards with 4.62 seconds of hang time showed us that he has the leg talent to compete at a high level in college. He hit some big time punts and also showed that his kickoffs are at the next level as well. Newell made 6 points during the charting of field goals and was one of the better combo specialist at the event in the 2022 class.
