Wellmann competed at the Kohl’s Senior Challenge and showed tremendous ability as a snapper and as an athlete. He has a massive frame and plays multiple positions for one of the top high school programs in Indiana. During the athletic portion of camp, Wellmann ran a 4.95 second 40 yard dash. He finished the charting portion of camp by scoring on 10 of his 12 long snaps with an average snap time of .7 seconds. Wellmann is a prospect that is an impressive athlete and a massive ceiling.
