Kohl's Comments

During the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, Kilander had a great overall performance. He finished with several punts over 45+ yards, scored 20 points during the field goal charting and had an average kickoff score of 101.5 points over the whole weekend. Kilander looks to be well on his way to be a great choice for a combo prospect within the 2023 class. Kilander competed at the Kohl's Texas Showcase camp in May of 2022. He averaged over 48-yards with more then 4.2 seconds of hang time during his 10 charted punts. Kilander has the leg talent required to be a dominant specialist at the college level. Kilander competed in his first Kohl's ranking event at the 2022 Spring Ranking Event in Texas. He scored 6 points on field goals and had one of the top scores in kickoffs. He showed that his body movements and leg swing are natural, and he has a great frame for both kicking and punting. He finished among the top 10 in each category at the event and is projected to develop even more in the next 5-6 months leading into his football season. He's showed a great work ethic over the past year at training events and should easily make gains in both kicking and punting.
