    Kohl's Comments

Capps recently competed at the Kohl's Eastern Showcase in May of 2022. He averaged over 41-yards during the charting phase of camp and showed us that he has the leg talent required to compete at the next level. Capps attended the 2021 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase where he showed some strong moments throughout the camp. He showed excellent consistency during the field goal drill work, had an average kickoff score of 97.65 points and had several punts over 40+ yards. Capps has all of the tools to be a strong combo prospect and we see his talents continue to improve as he focuses on consistent ball striking. Capps recently attended multiple Kohl's ranking events in the winter of 2021. His "A" ball of 52 yards with 4.51 seconds of hang time showed us that he has the leg talent to compete at the college level. Capps is well above his age for leg talent and if he continues on the path he is on he will be a highly recruited punter in the 2023 class over the upcoming years.
