Buchanan had a strong performance at the 2025 Kohl’s Spring Midwest Showcase, delivering consistent, tight-rotating snaps. He finished the day with an average snap time of .68 seconds. He followed up his solid charting session by winning the campwide snapping competition. At the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, Buchanan dialed in on Day 2 and earned a spot in the semi-final snapping competition. He is a strong snapper who uses his assets to his advantage in his snapping motion.
