Murguia recently competed at the 2023 California Winter Showcase. He had a good showing for a young athlete at his first ranking event. Murguia tallied 4 points on the field goal charting. During the kickoff portion, he had a number of balls 50+ yards, with his big ball measuring a distance of 56 yards with a hang time of 3.32 seconds. Murguia has two more years to continue to build his leg strength and work out his technique, it will be fun to watch him develop.
