National Signing Day // Class of 2023
On National Signing Day, our entire staff wants to congratulate the Kohl's Class of 2023 kickers, punters, and long snappers on their offers, commitments, and signings.
Kohl's Comments
Leonard recently attended the Kohl's Kicking National Invitational Scholarship Camp in July of 2018. He showed great improvement on his field goals off the ground. Leonard is a top baseball prospect along with being a great kicker/punter. He showed great command on his kickoffs and was able to call on his "A" ball during the competition phase of camp. His leg strength has gotten better and his technique is quickly moving turning him into one of the best prospects in his class. Leonard is someone who has bought into becoming a specialist and it showed with his most recent performance charting 31 points off the ground at camp. He is a different prospect than a year ago, it is exciting to see that type of development.Uploaded Videos

- Dallas, TX - Spring Break 4 day 1 on 1 Training with Jamie Kohl - March 10 -13, 2018. 61 yard field goal made during competition with the top 2 ranked kickers in the USA by Kohl's.
- Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge in Orlando, FL - Jan.6-7, 2018 - Ranked #7 kicker in USA at time of event.
- Kohl's National Underclassman Challenge in Orlando, FL - Dec. 30-31, 2016 - Ranked #6 kicker in USA immediately thereafter
- Prep Football Fan - Nov 21 2017 - Best Kicker in Erickson Prep School New England Football League.

- Undefeated Football Season in Erickson League at Avon Old Farms School (Nov. 2017) to win Championship.
- Played in New England Championship Football Bowl Game vs Choate (Nov 18 2017).
- Made 15 consecutive field goals as a rising Junior which topped out at 58 yards to win field goal contest on June 22, 2017 in Morristown, NJ for Kohl's Training Camp and 72 yards kick off maximum. (Rising Junior)
- #357 Ranked baseball player by Perfect Game for Class of 2019 as of Feb. 6 2018. Ranked #1 short stop in state of residence.
- New York Yankees - Selected to participate in the 2018 Northeast East Coast Pro & Area Code Baseball Game Tryouts conducted by MLB Affiliated Major League Team Professional Scouts on 6/12/2018 as referred by Kelly Rodman, New York Yankees Scout.
- Preseason Underclass All American - (April 2018) - Perfect Game - Baseball.
- Boston Red Sox - Selected to participate in the 2017 Northeast East Coast Pro & Area Code Baseball Game Tryouts conducted by MLB Affiliated Major League Team Professional Scouts on 6/21/2017 as referred by Ray Fagnant, Boston Red Sox Scout. Hit 90 mph on radar gun while pitching.
