Tarr attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and was very impressive. He finished the charting portion of the Scholarship Camp with an average snap time of .68 seconds and scored on all but one of his snaps. Tarr has an athletic frame and showed the ability to snap with consistency and control. He checks off every box a college coach is looking for.
