Kohl's Comments

During the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp, McDonald put together another strong performance. He scored 12 points throughout the field goal charting and had a big ball of 60 yards with 3.21 seconds of hang time during the kickoff charting. McDonald has shown steady improvements in his technique and looks to be ready for a great season this fall. McDonald recently competed at the Kohl's Southern Showcase in May of 2022. With his 71-yard kickoff we were able to see that he has the leg talent required to play at the next level. McDonald attended the Kohl’s National Showcase Tour in the spring of 2021. He made 6 points during the field goal charting portion of camp and had some solid kick offs. McDonald has good natural talent and over the upcoming year he can grow in confidence in order for his "A" ball to show up more often. His "A" ball on field goals is at the 4 star level.
