Gavin Gundaker

Kohl's Comments

Gundaker earned a 4.5 star rating with Kohl's at the Southern Showcase Camp in the winter of 2021. He had multiple 4.5 second hang time punts and showed that he is ready to compete at the college level with his punting. Gundaker competed at the 2020 Future Stars Invitational and June 2020 Showcase. He again graded out at the 4.0 Star level. He is developing more confidence in his leg swing and his technique. His rhythm looks smoother and he showed improved ball striking at the event by charting a big ball of 68 yards with 3.31 seconds of hang time in January of 2020. Gundaker also competed at the 2019 Kohl's Winter Showcase Camp in Atlanta, GA. He had multiple 4+ second hang time punts and showed well during the drill work phase of camp. He has good natural ability on all three disciplines and just needs to refine his technique in order for his "A" ball to show up more often to take the next step to the 4.5 star level.
