Pugh is a tremendous prospect in the 2019 class. He is a giant human who rips the cover off the ball when he snaps. During the Kohl’s Southern Showcase, he scored on 10 of his 12 long snaps and had an average snap time of .66 seconds. He has the size and ability to play in any type of punt scheme. Pugh can start immediately for any program in the country.
