Kohl's Comments
King had an impressive showing at the 2019 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He had one of the more impressive charting portion of camp with 31 points on field goals. He is a very talented striker of the football and will be ready to compete at the college level if he continues on the path he is on. King attended the 2019 Southern Spring Showcase. He has made improvements in his leg strength and especially his punting ability. He scored 8 points in the field goal charting and was able to chart a big ball of 65 yards with 3.45 seconds of hang time. He scored 10 points in the roll out portion of punting and was able to chart several 50 yard punts.Hudl Videos
Athlete Bio
Played club soccer as a youth, transitioned to kicking as a freshman. Sophomore season showed tremendous improvement with accuracy, consistency and leg strength. Kickoffs typically reaching inside the opponents 10. Was a part of Kohls Training Division Spring 2018
Transferred to Eastside High School in Covington, GA (GHSA AAAA) for the 2018 season. Played behind a senior kicker and had only one FG attempt. It was successful and a team long of 45 yards. However, he was the starting punter, and finished the year with a 38 yard average. (First season ever to punt)
Ezra is a very solid, and consistent Field Goal kicker, hitting the same ball from all distances.
Strong student in the class room, and a very hard worker. Ezra has a strong desire and work ethic to play at the next level.
