Poyner competed at the 2025 Kohl's National Scholarship Invitational. He made 10 field goals during the charting session and posted a 96.73 on kickoffs. His best ball traveled 70 yards with 3.56 seconds of hang time, reflecting quality leg strength. He also earned a punt score of 79.83, showing versatility in his game. Continued development with ball striking and hang time control will help him take the next step.Poyner participated in the 2024 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, where he demonstrated his skills with a solid performance. He earned a score of 80.12 on the overall punt charting, with his standout punt being a 38-yard kick that had a hang time of 3.44 seconds. Poyner had a score of 2 on the rolling punts session. Additionally, Poyner achieved a kickoff score of 82.17 and successfully converted 12 points on the field goals during the camp. Poyner should have a great upcoming season.Academics
