Drew Hieken is a Class of 2029 student-athlete at St. Louis University High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Entering his first season as a dedicated long snapper, Drew is expected to serve as the JV long snapper while also providing depth as a backup at the varsity level.

Drew brings a strong football background, having played the game since 5th grade. Prior to attending SLUH, he competed for Chaminade College Preparatory School at the middle school level. Throughout his football career, he has primarily played offensive and defensive line, positions he will continue to rotate through while developing as a specialist.

Known for his strong football IQ, work ethic, and coachability, Drew understands the game well and consistently demonstrates a team-first mentality. He combines physical toughness with a willingness to learn and improve every day.

Academically, Drew maintains a 3.6 GPA while challenging himself with Honors and Advanced Placement coursework at one of the most demanding college preparatory schools in the Midwest.

Outside of football, Drew is a dedicated water polo athlete, competing both for St. Louis University High School and at the club level. His participation in multiple sports has helped develop his athleticism, discipline, competitiveness, and leadership skills.

As he begins his long snapping journey, Drew is focused on refining his technique, increasing consistency, and becoming a complete specialist while continuing to contribute in the trenches on both sides of the ball.
