Kohl's Comments

Mitchell displayed strong power and consistency throughout the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp He scored 22 total points during the field goal charting sessions and added in a big ball during kickoffs of 68 yards with 3.9 seconds of hang time. Mitchell is able to generate so much force behind his kicks with his leg speed and will make for an exciting college prospect. Mitchell competed at the Kohl's Underclassman Challenge in January of 2022. He hit multiple 45+ yard punts and also hit multiple 67+ yard kickoffs. Mitchell competed at the 2021 Southern Winter Showcase Camp. He showed improved leg speed and command of his "A" ball in punting. He was excellent on field goals by scoring 9 points at the event. Once he got into a rhythm punting the ball, he charted at an extremely high level. He can punt for excellent distance and has the ability to sit back and create some great hang times as well.
