    Kohl's Comments

    Hontzas recently competed at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2020. He had solid field goal charting phases of camp and continues to grow as a combo specialist. Hontzas attended the 2020 June Showcase in Mobile, AL. He showcased improved leg speed and power and was able to chart a big ball of 68 yards with 3.43 seconds of hang time. He also scored 7 points in the field goal charting and hit field goals with above average lift at camp. His distance was great on his punts. Hontzas had a solid showing at the 2019 Southern Spring Showcase. He has made improvement in his punting ability and his field goals were as solid as they were at his previous camp. His big ball of the day on kickoffs was 56 yards with 3.35 seconds of hang time, he also scored 5 points in the field goal portion of camp.
