    Foulke competed at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and snapped with tight ball rotation and consistent location. During the charting phase, he scored on 18 of his first 20 snaps with an average snap time of .79 seconds. Foulke followed up his strong charting performance by ripping the ball during the camp-wide snapping competition. has polished mechanics that allow him to be so repeatable with his snapping motion. As he continues to transition physically he will see how snap times continue to drop.
