Deason demonstrated the ability to snap a clean ball and stay near the target throughout the course of the 2026 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He finished charting with the 14th-highest overall score for his class. At the 2026 Kohl's Showcase Camp, Deason had an average snap time of .75 seconds. He has great pop with his lower body and will see his times continue to improve as he allows everything to work freely through his snapping motion.Academics
