    Kohl's Comments

    McCary put together another great showing during the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 21 points during the field goal charting sessions, had a big ball during the kickoff charting of 69 yards with 3.55 seconds of hang time and finished with multiple punts over 4.2 seconds of hang time. McCary as all the right tools to be a successful collegiate athlete and we look forward to seeing his upcoming season McCary recently competed at the Kohl's Texas Showcase in May of 2022. He showed great leg strength during the kickoff charting phase and also had some impressive hits during the field goal charting with 9 points made. McCary attended his first Kohl's ranking event in Texas at the Kohl's National Training Center in the Spring of 2022. McCary showed great potential, charting multiple kickoffs over 60 yards in distance, with his top hangtime being 3.66 seconds. He shows a natural ability and will continue to add distance and consistency in both field goals and kickoffs over the next 6-8 months as he continues to train.
