Harmon recently competed at the 2023 Fall ranking Event and graded out at the 4.5-star level as a kicker and punter. Harmon has a strong leg and with more technical development, he will be a weapon in college. At camp he scored 5/15 points on field goals, 110.4 points on kickoffs, and 102.6 points on his punts. Harmon has the leg speed to compete early in college. He has the potential to be a nice addition to someone's roster next season!
