Dorris recently competed at the 2024 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp, where he posted an overall punt score of 82.56. In the kickoff portion, he earned an overall score of 87.73, with a standout kickoff of 57 yards and a 3.68-second hang time. Dorris also displayed good ball rotation on field goals, scoring 13 points on the charting. Dorris has set himself up to have a big upcoming sesaon, we are excited to see what he can do. Dorris also competed at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Event. Here he competed in all three disciplines, putting up 1 point during the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, Dorris was able to connect with his standout ball that measured a distance of 62 yards with a hang time of 3.57 seconds. He finished the session with an overall score of 95.65. Dorris finished the punt charting with a big ball of 40 yards and a hang time of 3.51 seconds. Dorris is a combo specialist with a lot of potential, we are excited to see how he continues to develop over this next year. Dorris competed at his first ranking event, the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Winter Showcase Camp. He competed in all three categories and displayed solid ball striking and above average leg speed. In the kickoff charting he scored 90.60 which incudes a big ball of 54 yards with 3.87 seconds of hang time. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and displayed a smooth, repeatable swing during the drill work portion of camp. During the punt charting, he connected with a big ball of 41 yards with 3.76 seconds of hang time.
