Weekly Training Programs

2 Practices a Week

This program meets twice a week on Monday and Thursday (Kickers from 4:15-5:45pm, and Snappers from 6:30pm-8pm) for 1.5 hours each session. Each kicking field session will focus 2/3 of the time on field goals and kickoffs and 1/3 of the time on punting.

These sessions will have a Kohl’s senior staff member leading drills, filming, breaking down film, classroom time, group competitions, and an individualized coaching progression based on where an athlete is currently at. The consistent professional coaching along with a professional atmosphere will enhance the progression of each participant.

Comprehensive Training Program (With Strength & Conditioning)

3 Practices a Week + Strength & Conditioning Program

This program meets three times a week on Monday/Thursday (Kickers from 4:15-6:15pm, Snappers from 5:45-8pm) and Saturday morning (Kickers from 8-10am, Snappers 9:30-11:30am) for a total of about 2 hours each session. Each kicking field session will focus 2/3 of the time on field goals and kickoffs and 1/3 of the time focused on punting. Once done with the kicking and punting portion the group will get 30 minutes of strength and conditioning specific to kickers, punters, and long snappers. We will be using bands, med balls, and yoga to supplement what each athlete is currently doing with their football program. These sessions will have a Kohl’s senior staff member leading drills, filming, breaking down film, classroom time, group competitions, and an individualized coaching progression based on where an athlete is currently at. The consistent professional coaching along with a professional atmosphere will enhance the progression of each participant.

Monthly Training Program (Designed for Local & Distance Athletes)

Once-a-month 3-hour Practices

This program meets once a month on the first Saturday of each month-- (Kickers from 1:30-4:30pm, Snappers 10am-1pm) for 3 hours each session. Each kicking field session will focus 2/3 of the time on field goals and kickoffs and 1/3 of the time on punting. These sessions will have a Kohl’s senior staff member leading drills, filming, breaking down film, classroom time, group competitions, and an individualized coaching progression based on where an athlete is currently at. The consistent professional coaching along with a professional atmosphere will enhance the progression of each participant.
