Kohl's National Training Center Camps

Small Group Training

Small group training is the heart and the main purpose of the Kohl's National Training Center and one of the best ways to learn and build on your abilities, no matter your skill level. With a 6-to-1 athlete-to-coach ratio, we've found this is one of the best sizes of groups to learn, train, and make improvements in. Small Group Sessions include film breakdown, brief classroom instruction, on-field drill work, an instruction manual, and more detailed coaching and individual instruction.

  • Kicking Small Group Sessions: These small groups will include instruction on field goals and kickoffs. These last roughly 2 hours.
  • Punting Small Group Sessions: Punting Small Group Sessions will cover open-field punting, directional punting, and flip-flop punting (short-field punting). These will last roughly 1.5 hours.

Mini Camps

Mini camps are a brief 2.5 hour version of our popular full-day training camps we hold across the country. At the Kohl's Training Center in Texas, mini camps offer work on field goal kicking, kickoffs, and punting in a larger group setting than our small group sessions. This has roughly a 10-to-1 athlete-to-coach ratio and includes film breakdown, some classroom instruction, and on-field drill work.
