This package was designed for serious athletes who want to consistently train with a top coach leading up to their season. This program includes ten sessions (1st session is four hours, other nine are 1.5 hours long). A focus of this program will be on-field instruction and technical breakdown of an athlete’s form and tendencies. We will be using video technology and tips that our pros implement into their daily routines. Practices will be held twice a month from March through July.
