This package was designed for serious athletes who want to consistently train with an expert coach leading up to their season. This program includes ten sessions of training (1st session is four hours long, every session afterwards is 1.5 hours long). The first session will have each participant sit down and listen to 1.5 hours of teaching before they hit the field. Once on the field each athlete will be filmed and each athlete will receive a goals and objectives sheet. It is critical for a training package member to attend the first session. It will lay the foundation for the next five months of practices. A focus of this program will be on field instruction and technical breakdown of an athlete’s form and tendencies over time. We will be using video technology and tips that our pros implement into their daily routines. Practices will be held twice a month from March through July.
