Marquette King

Marquette King burst onto the scene after stepping on an airplane for the first time in his life, headed for the Kohl's Kicking College Elite Camp. Since that week in 2010 headed into his senior year at Fort Valley State, King has grown very close with the Kohl's Kicking Staff traveling the country and showing he's one of the hardest working punters in the game.

In 2012, after a successful tryout with the Oakland Raiders, King signed a Free Agent contract and spent the first season on Injured Reserve. After beating out seasoned NFL veterans, Marquette won the starting job for the 2013 season.

NFL Draft Recap: 3 Top Kohl's Kickers Selected

With three kickers overall taken in the NFL Draft, the sixth round was a big one. All with similar attributes, when the first was selected, other teams knew they had to act fast. Within the span of ten draft picks, all three top kickers on draft boards were taken by teams looking for a kicker.
